Pfem Noble Youths Platform, is an International Youths transformational

Umbrella/program/altar/initiative or arm which is “managed/guided/controlled by ”

Pfem International Church-Wakiso and under Pfem Family Companies.

It is responsible and charged, by its founding bodies mentioned above, to promote

Godly/Divine values, holy scriptures reading and practice, good behavior, hard

work/skills acquisition, good cultural practices, good leadership, respect/honor of others,

parenting, decency, healthy promotion and relationships, sports/athletics, patriotism and

self-discipline etc.…among the youths worldwide, and transforming them into wholistic

responsible citizens wherever they are.

 

Out of deeper study and research, it has been observed and discovered that a big

number of the population globally are youths below 40 years, with a lot of potential to do

the best to develop their communities and countries, not forgetting that even our lord

Jesus Christ and Mohammed were youths too, but they used their divine power to

manifest God’s power hence changing mankind till now. Many people, are still believing

in them and surely their lives change for better and best.

 

However, on the disappointing note: moral degeneration/decadency/misbehavior,

unemployment, corruption, nepotism, sexual perversions, theft, drug abuse murder,

witchcraft, ignorance, unfaithfulness, poverty, abuse or disrespect, poor leadership

skills, violence, anger, etc…. are highly seen and confirmed by Mathew 7:20 that by

their fruits you will know them. These negative and social perversions are so grave and

a big hindrance to the youths realization of their potentials and trust.

Many youths have failed to achieve good things in life and leave a good life that pleases

God due to much darkness they leave in.

 

Through different programs like workshops, meetings, conferences, counseling, prayer

meetings, coaching, trainings, exchange programs, etc.. By this youths initiative or

platform, many youths will have their eyes opened to the reality of life and cause

mindset change and behavior.

 

This platform or initiative serves to reinstate normal values, ethics or morality among the

youths and destroy the negative altars among them which are a problem to their life

goal attainment hence making them a social menace.

 

Because of immorality/misbehavior, you may find it so hard even to entrust many youths

with succession into big offices. Many of them are so angry, bad speech, undisciplined,

thieves, corrupt, no leadership skills, proud, etc. and yet some of them have diplomas

even degrees in different fields of study.

 

This platform, organizes peaceful diplomatic youths meetings under the theme:

(Pfem International Diplomatic Youths Convention) once a year to exhibit their

developmental skills achieved,unity,patriotism,love,etc…

and to discuss global issues that concern the youths, and how to solve them. It

considers people between 14 to 40 years.

 

These youths (male and female) within the above-mentioned age bracket, can however

be guided, counselled, directed, mentored, trained, controlled and lifted by

dignified/responsible well selected men and women above the mentioned age bracket.

 

The most important thing, and the greatest desire of this platform, is to have global

wholistic, and responsible youths/citizens, who can assess worldly/community

challenges and come up with positive and developmental solutions peacefully,

respectfully and orderly with the help of those in power and authority.

 

This umbrella does not segregate people based on their background, race, color,

language, religion, education, tribe, etc... it cuts across all youths globally; It is however,

not political and religious based, though founded on a born-again foundation.

 

This platform is firstly; Godly-values and self-discipline promoter, socio-economic,

technical and legal transformation agent, that enables the youths to discuss global and

community challenges that concern them, and in a way affect their full potential

realization. Actually, different youths can have different challenges based on where they

come from. sometimes their challenges are bot uniform.

 

It can be behavior/indiscipline, attitude, health, education, finances, negativity,

entrepreneurship, leadership, etc..., We therefore welcome all youths within the above

specified age bracket to add a brick towards the well-being of their communities and to

themselves.

 

In each school, university, Institute, church, company, village, country, region, continent,

we shall be having two ambassadors (representing both male and female), responsible

for diplomats or membership registration and leadership. During the international

convention, ambassadors will be coming with their team of diplomats. The ambassadors

shall be appointed by the platform/ministry board, to lead others in line with Divine

principles and values, and shall be Godly loving persons and promoters of Divine values

and all specified demands of the platform.

Vision: A Godly transformed generation, raising voices for both girls’ and boys’

challenges to be heard across the globe.

Aim: To have a youthful generation that mainstreams the mind of God in all situations

by putting Divine/biblical values and beliefs into real life. A generation that voices and

takes God as their lord and savior no matter what they are going through; thereby

putting a full stop to negativity and life perversions that come with wickedness and

modernity.

                                                 OBJECTIVES

i. To promote God’s word and spirit through evangelism

ii. To promote Divine values and self-discipline among the youths

iii. To encourage the spirit of work among the youths

iv. To air out grievances and challenges of boys and girls to the right people for help

v. To unite all youths as brothers and sisters across the globe

vi. To create peace among the youths regardless of their backgrounds, education,

color, tribe etc

vii. To always exhibit and show the world what the youths can do with their own

hands

viii. To promote best leadership skills and styles among the youths

ix. To promote confidence in whichever they do

x. To curb negative behavior of sexual perversions, drug use and abuse, smoking

etc..

xi. To promote patriotism among the youths and the genuine; love for their nations

xii. To promote the spirit of reconciliation among the youths across the globe

xiii. To set up legal youthful projects that help them to do their activities well

xiv. To carry out fundraisings in support of the youths activities

xv. To bring back the original image of God among his creation

xvi. To conduct meetings, seminars, conferences, workshops geared towards the

wellbeing of the youths

xvii. To collaborate and partner with other organizations that work towards the wellbeing of the youths

Pfem noble youth platform 

On 22/June/2024 pfem noble youth platform made an outreach at Daystar secondary school in wakiso Town council to shade more light about LIFE AFTER SCHOOL.

Its an amazing movement to educated the students about life after school due most students think of it as easy smooth Journey but which is never the case. We're humbled to have Managing Director P Ambassador*2 Gen.Ap.Dr*4 Julius Caesar Bigirwa (PhD)

Students of Daystar got so blessed in that our Managing Director paid school fees for one of the students for third term due to his breath taking interpretation
