Ambassador* 2 General Apostle Doctor*4 Julius Caesar Bigirwa (PhD) is the founder of PFEM INTERNATIONAL CHURCH Based in Wakiso- Uganda East Africa. He was studying to become a western rite catholic priest, right from 1994-2005,

that is from senior one to senior six, then three-year degree of philosophy, pastoral work, then theology. He attended all the levels that necessitate one to become a priest i.e. to say philosophical level, pastoral work level, consecrated a lectern and acolyte, then theologicum.

After which he went for other studies leading him to lecturing in institutions/ universities. He founded PFEM INTERNATIONAL CHURCH physically on 08th/08/2016, not to fight his mother church or anybody, not at all!!! But to serve;

1. The only true, living, gracious, faithful, miraculous and a not disappointing God.
2.  And also, the war is spiritual not physical Ephesians 6:12.
3. To teach and preach the revealed Christ Jesus of the trinitology by the Holy Spirit and not to just follow people's indoctrinations, laws and regulations. Colossians. 2, 21-23!
4. To win souls for God by letting people out of their satanic bondage and be free of ignorance through the God of spirit and truth. John 4:24.
5.  To bring Christ Jesus on the scene by acting on the word of God and not on human knowledge.
6. To cause/bring revival into people and cause spiritual satisfaction about a true and living GOD.
7. To fulfill Jesus' command and principle in John 3:3, 7: UNLESS you are born again". Verse 7...you MUST be born again". Not that you must belong to any religion!! Alas.
8. To serve a God who forgives sin by himself and not man. And serve the revealed Jesus, the way he is through his powerful word.
9. To end the curse of idolatry
10. The true children of God must be born again in spirit and water and thus heirs to the kingdom. Romans.8:14-18.
11. To independently serve the God I know of heaven and earth, not the God of others. The ministry is registered and known by heaven. It is also registered by the government of Uganda since the God through the holy bible advises us to also obey the earthly rulers and authority. He is a faithful servant of the highest God. He has been favoured and powered by God through the Holy Spirit to prepare and lead God's people back to him! He has not been called and chosen by man, his laws and regulations but by a divine order and grace under the person of Christ Jesus. If God says yes, who can say know? He serves the God who set him apart right even before conception in his mother's womb, birth, God knew him as his minister whatsoever. Galatians.1; 15-16.

Winning souls back to God, letting souls out of bondage/darkness of ignorance, fear, deception, doubt, witchcraft, unbelief, negativities and be totally free with renewed or changed minds in God the father, Christ Jesus his son and God the Holy spirit, Isaiah 49; 9, is my greatest desire and pleasure, which I seek through the holy word of God because it is "a standard for life".
